On this 9th day of the month, Grigori P. Grabovoi recommends the practice of concentration on the following three exercises:
On the ninth day focus on the more distant areas of consciousness and the method is to transfer those more distant areas into the closer areas of consciousness, and your perception of both areas to be the same.
Then you will receive a unique impulse which will serve you to create any element of the world. Mastering this method makes you an expert in reality check. It will be enough simply to put you in a spiritual state and all will unfold in a favorable way, because that is your wish.
This single impulse of which I spoke favors the development of a particular spiritual state. This state does not really depend on thought, which may no longer exist at this stage; it is rather a state of concentration, focused on good, creation or harmony.
It is enough simply to be in this state of consciousness for the events to develop in a favorable way.
I specify that this method of concentration highlights a particular form of perception. Perception is part of your consciousness and you structure it into this particular form to achieve the functioning that I have described.
This method of concentration focuses on understanding the practices of consciousness control of reality.

Seeing that this world is the very essence of the universe, you will understand that everything that exists in nature, a plant, a human being, an animal, each molecule, what has not yet been created, what which was created before, all this has its source in God who reveals the mechanism of creation.
By observing how everything is created, you become able to create everything in turn.
Come to this understanding based on the original depth of your "self", and you will see it unfold with the whole universe, expand and become a world. You are this world. You are reality. Look at this from the point of view of the whole world, of each being and of yourself, and you will understand that you are seeing with your soul. Look with your soul, it allows you to see the world as it is, to be able to modify it if necessary, and to make appear the world which you need to reach eternity. You will always be on the way if you look at the world from within yourself, from yourself and beyond you.
